Cooking

I love this dessert very much. Every times I go back to Australia, I will have it at least once or twice. It’s easier in Aussieland cause you can buy it off the shelf in the supermarket. Just top it up with whip cream and your desire fruits. Last trip, I bought back some pavlova magic mix and the result as you can see, yummy. I did ever try making it from original recipe and it turn out to be ……no good. This pavlova magic is great. Package is creative too. Top of the egg is the measurement cup for sugar and bottom of the egg is the measurement for the warm water. The powder is pack in a foil bag in the egg. Mix everything together and bake.

Something wrong with my girl. She lost appetite on main meals but not snack. Usually she will have soup, rice, fish/meat & veggie from the soup cause is softer for her to chew. Now she only interested in soup. She can drink up a bowl of soup and have about 5 spoonful of rice. Her snack would be cheese, yogurt, biscuit, potato chips and sweets ( I know thats very bad). Also, she asks for more milk now. She had increase to 1-2 bottles now compare for the past months. Should be worried cause she does look thinner now.

Remember the toy stroller that I bought for Claudia. Well, she has kicked Purple (her baby doll) out and park her bum there. Following is the evidence. Oh! about the fried meehoon. First time I cook fried meehoon. We had that for lunch.

After KizSport we went to Jusco supermarket to buy a can of longan cause I need to make some Konyaku jelly for Saturday ex-workers gathering. When we pass the cashier, I notice a new food stall just opposite the wine store. They are selling so called best cream puff from Japan. Mr.Wallace loves cream puff. So went over to have a look, 5 pieces cost RM15.00. There are 2 flavours vanilla and green tea. Green tea cost extra RM0.30 cents each. Wow, very expensive but I like to try it and see whether it worth RM3.00 each. So the verdict from mum, dad, Mr. Wallace & myself is good & yummy. Buy only when you have craving for them.

By the way, shelf life is just 24 hours and must keep in refrigerator.

Sometimes, I really run out of idea on what to cook for dinner. Mr.Wallace expect me to cook on weekdays night because he is lazy to go after coming back from work.

Mr.Wallace suggested making our own pizza (there is no pizza delivery in Kota Kemuning). He also suggested that both of us will make one each and see which one is taste better. Of course the winner is the WIFE!!

Yesterday, got some muffin mix, chocolate chips and konnyaku jelly premix from a bakery supplies shop in Taman Megah, PJ. As soon as I got home, I start making the muffin first. As the same time, I took Claudia off as it getting heavy. I let her go without diaper for a while one a day to let the skin breath.

It only need 15 minutes too bake so I took the time to read the cooking instruction for the konnyaku jelly. Ding! 15 minutes up. I turn off the oven and turn around notice there are brown foot steps around the house. I wonder what is thats….AH…..Claudia bake her cake too! On the floor, step on it and start walking around. What a mess!

BEWARE following picture is not very pleasant to view.

After all the clean up, I start making the jelly. Lychee flavour and kiwi seed . Actually, it quite easy to make. Good snack for Claudia and me.
